We talk about the real history, without softening it, and how the community rebuilt itself through resilience, art and unity. We head into La Favela, the lookout side of the hill most visitors never reach, and close the day with a salsa class — because in Medellín you learn the city on your feet.

In Manrique you end up inside the story. We get to Comuna 3 by public transport and explore Las Constelaciones, an artistic project built on color, history and transformation. We walk through murals that matter and learn how art moved the neighborhood forward.

This one walks the real contrasts of downtown Medellín. We move through the energy of local commerce and everything that has changed there, stop at a place where art completely reshaped what used to be a purely commercial space, walk through traditional bars, and have a coffee at 'Salón Málaga'. We follow the street art, the galleries and the old trade of the city, and end at the Plaza Minorista market — the belly of Medellín — tasting fruit you have never heard of.

This one climbs the eastern edge of Medellín. We take the Metro and then the Metrocable up to Santo Domingo Savio, a hillside neighborhood that reads the whole valley from above and carries its own history of transformation. We walk its streets and murals, hear the stories of the people who live there, and then ride the cable on toward Santa Elena and Parque Arví — the forest and the cool air that sit right on top of the city.

Football in Medellín is a way of living. You spend this one inside the crowd, in the middle of the chants, the drums and the people who never sit down. We watch the game surrounded by Atlético Nacional fans, in the atmosphere of Los del Sur.
